Job Description

- Japanese partner communication and relationship management - Support for managing existing companies, identifying new distributors, and negotiating contract terms - Operation and performance management of overseas online/offline distribution channels - Market research and trend analysis based on Japanese social media and communities - Practical support for overseas exhibitions, buyer meetings, and sample exports - Product registration, certification, and export support - General overseas business-related tasks

Qualifications

- Must be fluent in Japanese and able to communicate effectively in business (preference will be given to proof of Japanese proficiency test scores) - Experienced or new applicants - Basic document writing skills (MS Office/Google Workspace) - Excellent communication skills and a responsible attitude - Quick learner and adaptable to new tasks

Preferred

- Experience in overseas business for cosmetics/beauty/fashion/consumer goods brands - Experience operating a Japanese platform
