<Introducing the Squad We Will Be Joining> The Thailand Squad is responsible for the Thai market, which is growing at an average monthly rate of 23%. We are a team leading UNNI's expansion, extending beyond Korean inbound tourism to enter the local market. We establish and execute marketing strategies tailored to the local culture and market, providing an experience optimized for Thai users. Team members with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds collaborate to deliver the value of UNNI services to the global market. <What You Will Be Doing> Establishing and executing marketing strategies for acquiring new users and converting them into service users (bookings/purchases) for UNNI Thailand Conducting iterative improvements (A/B testing) and conversion optimization based on content performance data analysis Planning and operating influencer marketing campaigns (leading the entire process from designing content direction and setting KPIs to performance analysis) Designing user acquisition funnels and planning content utilizing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Qualifications

<We Are Looking for Someone Like This> Someone with experience generating measurable business results (user acquisition, conversions, revenue, etc.) through online advertising or influencer marketing Someone capable of analyzing advertising/content performance data and identifying areas for improvement Someone capable of planning and producing various forms of content (images, videos) Someone fluent in Thai with a deep understanding of local culture Someone capable of communicating fluently in Korean or English

<Preferences> Experience in marketing related to beauty, lifestyle, or platform services Experience working in a Korean corporate or startup environment Experience analyzing social media content performance and deriving improvement directions based on data Experience with global services or marketing targeting overseas
