[Playo] Taiwan CS Manager (Part-time, Concurrent Job)

Job Description

- Responsible for customer service for the Taiwan Playo app. - Responsible for user support through non-face-to-face channels such as email and customer service. - Responsible for improving user satisfaction by quickly resolving complaints through inquiries. - Responsible for community monitoring, notifications, and event support.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Taiwanese (Chinese) - Appreciate the importance of customer service (CS) tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues through conversations with users - Able to view issues from the user's perspective and explain service concepts in simple sentences - Proactively communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues that arise

Preferred

- Those who enjoy PC, mobile, and console games - Those who have experience using the Playo app - Those who have experience operating games or services with over 100,000 users
