Job Description
The Thailand Service Project Manager is responsible for identifying issues that arise during service operation and developing improvements based on hypotheses and data. - Respond to user inquiries and manage operational issues through non-face-to-face channels such as email and customer service. - Identify user responses and key operational issues through community monitoring. - Establish and organize service operation policies and processes, and consistently manage them. - Support event planning and operation, and assist in service activation.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai and have a strong understanding of Thai culture and the gaming industry (foreigners are also welcome to apply) - Experience in actively communicating with relevant departments and developing, verifying, and analyzing hypotheses based on data - Enjoys and enjoys PC, mobile, and console games (even if you don't have GM or game company CS experience, you have opinions on the gaming domain) - Experience in responding to customers through non-face-to-face channels such as email and customer service centers - Experience in actively communicating with relevant departments and resolving issues when they arise

- Experience using the Playo app - Experience as a GM at a gaming or publishing company - Comfortable using business tools such as Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Slack, Notion, and Jira - Ability to view problems from the customer's perspective and explain services in simple language
