Job Description
- Responsible for US PlayO app service operations and customer support (CS). - Establishes service operation policies and manages processes. - Responsible for non-face-to-face user interactions via email and customer service. - Performs tasks such as community monitoring, notification delivery, and event planning and support. - Develops and operates content and events appropriate for the US market. - Plans product improvements that reflect the US user experience and collaborates with relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and a strong understanding of English-speaking game/app services. - Fluent in English and Korean. - Experience in providing remote customer service. - Appreciate the importance of customer service (CS) tasks that identify and resolve issues from the user's perspective. - Proactively communicate with relevant departments.

- Those who enjoy PC, mobile, and console games - Those who have experience using the Playo app - Those who have experience operating games or services with over 100,000 users
