Job Description

1. Influencer & KOL Collaboration Management -Identify and compile a list of Philippine-based influencers and content creators -Manage communication for product seeding and collaboration partnerships -Coordinate collaboration timelines, deliverables, and content posting schedules -Monitor and track the performance of influencer and seeding campaigns 2. Philippines Buyer Communication -Identify and develop new potential buyers and business partners in the Philippines -Maintain communication and relationships with existing buyers -Support order coordination and respond to buyer inquiries -Assist with partnership discussions and collaboration opportunities with local retailers or distributors 3. Philippines Market Marketing Operations -Plan and manage social media content targeting the Philippine market (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) -Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions -Localize brand content and marketing materials to fit Philippine market trends and culture -Identify local marketing opportunities and propose campaign ideas for the Philippine market 4. Market Research -Conduct research on potential partners, distribution channels, and market entry opportunities in the Philippines -Monitor key competitors and emerging market trends -Track relevant e-commerce platforms and digital channels in the Philippine market (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting -Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics -Prepare basic reports and insights on influencer collaborations, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns -Share insights and recommendations to support marketing strategy for the Philippine market

Qualifications

Based in the Philippines with a strong understanding of the local market and culture Strong communication skills in English Basic Korean communication skills are a plus Interest in digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently Highly responsible and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Passionate about building and growing a brand in a new market
