Job Description
- US TikTok Shop online channel operation / product registration and management - SHOPIFY online channel operation (US) / product registration and management - Channel recruitment customer support management
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean/English, with a thorough understanding of US online channels and local target audiences. - Provide helpful guidance to customers inquiring about our products and proactively resolve customer service issues.
