Job Description

• Build, maintain, and improve backend systems that power Adriel’s data and analytics platform • Design and develop robust integrations with external APIs and third-party platforms • Build and operate background job systems for syncing, transforming, and processing large volumes of data • Write clean, reliable, and maintainable TypeScript code in production environments • Design efficient SQL queries and contribute to scalable database schemas • Improve data reliability, system observability, and operational resilience • Investigate and resolve backend issues related to data mismatches, job failures, and API limitations • Work closely with product, frontend, and other engineers to ship features end to end Contribute to architectural decisions that improve performance, maintainability, and scalability • Help shape engineering best practices across backend development, testing, and deployment • Contribute to the development of AI-powered features and agent-based systems where relevant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Very strong experience with TypeScript • Very strong experience with SQL and relational databases • Strong experience integrating with external APIs in production environments • Experience building or maintaining background job systems, such as BullMQ or similar tools • Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including system design, reliability, scalability, and debugging • Working proficiency in english. since our working environment is in English • A hands-on mindset with the ability to independently drive technical work from design to production

Preferred

• Experience with Kubernetes • Full-stack experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively across frontend and backend systems • Experience with data-heavy or analytics-oriented products • Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or SaaS platforms • Experience building or contributing to AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or tool-based automation systems
