Job Description

[Content Creation and Localization] - Discover, curate, and publish content suitable for the U.S. market, targeting social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok as well as web content. - Localize Kitto's content to suit the American market based on a deep understanding of the English language and American culture. - Proactively communicate and collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders, including local editors, influencers, and partner companies. [Business Development] - Continuously monitor local competitors and service trends to identify and test models necessary for entering the American market. - Identify and operate events and services to introduce Kitto to users in the Americas.

Qualifications

- Candidates with native-level English proficiency and the ability to communicate fluently in Korean (experience living or studying in the U.S. preferred) - Candidates capable of actively incorporating a deep understanding of U.S. culture into content planning, production, and localization - Candidates with experience in directly managing and growing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - For foreign nationals, candidates must currently reside in Korea and hold a D-10 visa or an F-series visa (*excluding D-2, E-7, and F-1 visas)
