<Introducing the Squad We Will Join> The Hospital Marketing Squad aims to create a “world where hospitals do not have to worry about marketing.” To allow hospitals to focus on their core medical care, we take responsibility for the entire cycle, from brand building to online performance marketing, content marketing, global customer acquisition, and retention. <What You Will Be Doing> Establishing customer personas and marketing strategies for English-speaking target markets (US, EU, SEA, etc.) Operating and optimizing performance marketing on major media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok Leading data analysis and growth experiments to maximize ROAS Improving conversion rates and designing CRMs for the entire funnel, from ad impressions to online consultations (WhatsApp, email) and appointment confirmations Establishing strategic partnerships with influencer agencies and creators

Qualifications

Candidates with 5–8 years of digital marketing experience who have led global service growth focusing on performance marketing Candidates with business-level communication skills in both Korean and English, along with a deep understanding of English-speaking cultures Able to design and execute data-driven hypothesis formulation and A/B tests using advertising performance measurement and analysis tools (GTM, GA4, Amplitude, etc.) Able to lead projects while communicating flexibly with internal and external stakeholders

Candidates with practical experience in performance and content marketing targeting the Anglo-American market in the beauty, cosmetics, or commerce industries Candidates who have managed projects for global clients at a digital marketing agency Candidates who have planned and operated campaigns on English-speaking social media/communities (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit)
