<Introducing the Squad We Will Join> The Hospital Marketing Squad aims to create a “world where hospitals do not have to worry about marketing.” To allow hospitals to focus on their core medical care, we take responsibility for the entire cycle, from brand building to online performance marketing, content marketing, global customer acquisition, and retention. <What You Will Do> - Analyze customer personas and execute marketing strategies for English-speaking markets (US, EU, SEA, etc.) - Manage performance marketing campaigns on major media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, and improve results - Participate in growth experiments and conduct data analysis for ROAS optimization - Monitor conversion rates and develop improvement plans for the entire funnel, from ad impressions to online consultations (WhatsApp, email) and appointment confirmation - Collaborate with influencer agencies and creators

Qualifications

- Candidates with 3–7 years of digital marketing experience and practical experience in performance marketing - Candidates capable of business-level communication in Korean and English with an understanding of English-speaking cultures - Candidates with experience using advertising performance measurement and analysis tools (GTM, GA4, Amplitude, etc.) and a strong interest in data-driven campaign improvement - Candidates capable of communicating and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred

- Experience in performance or content marketing targeting English-speaking markets in the beauty/cosmetics or commerce industries - Experience supporting or participating in global projects at a digital marketing agency - Experience participating in campaign management on English-speaking social media/communities (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit)
