<Introducing the Squad to Join Us> The Hospital Marketing Squad aims to create “a world where hospitals do not have to worry about marketing.” To allow hospitals to focus on their core medical care, we take responsibility for the entire cycle, from brand building to online performance marketing, content marketing, global customer acquisition, and retention. <What You Will Be Doing> Establishing customer personas and formulating market entry/expansion strategies considering the characteristics of the Chinese and Taiwanese markets Operating content and performance marketing by platform: - China: Content planning and viral marketing operations for major media such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin - Taiwan: Media optimization and ad execution for Meta (FB/IG/Thrd) and Google Building a viral loop that leads to treatment bookings while increasing brand awareness through collaboration with Greater China influencers Optimizing the customer conversion journey by improving online consultation and booking conversion rates (CVR) using WeChat and LINE Building marketing messages reflecting trends in the Greater China beauty clinic market and providing localization consulting for partner hospitals

Qualifications

Candidates with native-level communication skills in Chinese (Simplified/Traditional) Candidates with an understanding of beauty consumption trends among Chinese and Taiwanese users Candidates with 3 to 5 years or more of experience in digital marketing targeting the Greater China region Candidates with experience in managing actual campaigns from A to Z and generating results Candidates with practical experience and knowledge of China-specific platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat, as well as Meta/Google advertising systems targeting Taiwan Candidates capable of analyzing campaign performance based on data (GA4, platform-specific dashboards, etc.) and pursuing continuous efficiency improvement through hypothesis-based testing

Experience in prioritizing and executing simultaneous and highly complex tasks Experience in managing performance and resolving bottlenecks while operating multiple projects concurrently in a rapidly changing environment Experience in marketing for plastic surgery/dermatology clinics or cosmetic brands in the Greater China region Experience in conducting Xiaohongshu (XHS) seeding and viral marketing within Taiwanese local communities
