Job Description

- Live operation risk checks and management - Identifying in-game issues and establishing resolution strategies - Monitoring internal and external trends and implementing improvements - Drafting user announcements and guidelines - Responding to various live issues and failures - Planning, executing, and providing feedback on live events - Communication for collaboration with relevant departments

Qualifications

- Candidates capable of working at Pearl Abyss Home One for one year, then transferring to the Japan (TKO) subsidiary to work locally. - Native-level Japanese language proficiency. - Experience playing a single game for an extended period or a strong understanding of PC MMORPGs. - Ability to collaborate in line with the ever-changing flow of the live service environment. - Possession of a service-oriented mindset that prioritizes users and a responsible work ethic. - Excellent communication skills. - Proactive attitude toward work and a willingness to learn new things. - No disqualifications for overseas business trips.
