- Live service operation and risk assessment/management - Identifying in-game issues and establishing improvement directions - Monitoring internal and external trends and incorporating improvements - Drafting user announcements and guidelines - Responding to various live issues and outages - Planning, conducting, and providing feedback on live events - Communication for collaboration with relevant departments

Qualifications

- Native-level Russian language proficiency - Experience playing a single game for an extended period or a strong understanding of PC MMORPGs - Ability to collaborate in line with the ever-changing live service environment - Possession of a service-oriented mindset that prioritizes users and a responsible work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Proactive attitude toward work and a willingness to learn new things - No disqualifications for overseas business trips
