Job Description

▶ English email, phone, and messenger communication with U.S. and global clients ▶ Responding to overseas buyer inquiries and managing business relationships ▶ Order processing, delivery confirmation, and shipment schedule coordination ▶ Preparation of English documents and support for translation ▶ Organization of overseas sales-related documents and internal collaboration ▶ Identification of new buyers and support for partnerships to expand into the U.S. market

Qualifications

▶ Fluent in email and business communication in English ▶ Able to communicate naturally and accurately in English with U.S. clients ▶ Proficient in document creation and basic Excel usage ▶ Fast work processing and a sense of responsibility ▶ Understanding of American business culture and communication styles

Preferred

▶ Experience in overseas sales, trade, or import/export ▶ Experience dealing with the US market or overseas buyers ▶ Experience in the cosmetics, consumer goods, or K-Beauty industries ▶ Experience studying, living, or working in English-speaking countries ▶ Experience in sales, customer service, sales, or e-commerce operations targeting the US market
