Global Sales Manager

Job Description

- Identifying global distribution partners and managing business relationships - Sales activities for products (books, toys, etc.) targeting overseas buyers and retail channels - Participating in international exhibitions and B2B meetings to secure sales opportunities - Establishing country-specific product distribution strategies and pricing policies - Collaborating on all aspects of export operations, including import/export, logistics, and contract drafting and review - Analyzing market trends and pioneering new markets

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in global sales - Able to communicate in English for business - Experience in overseas sales and product export - Experience in identifying actual partners, sales, and revenue management - Able to strategically manage relationships with partners and take a long-term perspective - No disqualifications for participating in global exhibitions and overseas business trips

Preferred

- Experience in sales of content, kids, and character brand products - Experience participating in and managing overseas exhibitions - Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish - Deep understanding of cultural differences and excellent communication skills - Ability to respond quickly to changing market trends
