Job Description

• Plans and manages content for social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Thread) • Plans content after analyzing algorithms and trends for each platform • Manages editing and uploading short-form videos • Establishes a weekly post calendar and coordinates schedules • Responds to comments and DMs daily and manages the community • Analyzes performance metrics and proposes improvement plans every month

Qualifications

• No experience required (entry-level applicants welcome) • Portfolio submission is mandatory (submit video links and provide a detailed explanation of your role in planning, editing, or filming) • Possess a practical understanding of social media operations • Ability to create short-form content • Proficiency in basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva) • Ability to comply with medical advertising review standards • Excellent collaboration and communication skills within the hospital

Preferred

• Native-level proficiency in foreign languages ​​such as English, Chinese, and Indonesian • Ability to plan and manage filming on set • Experience with dermatology and beauty content • Experience managing Instagram and YouTube channels • 1st round: Document and portfolio review, 2nd round: Paid editing test, 3rd round: Interview
