Job Description

💻 Here is an introduction to your responsibilities. · Design and operate academic programs based on the U.S. middle and high school curriculum, and continuously improve them based on operational results. · Plan curricula and study plans linked to admission to overseas universities, and manage programs in accordance with the academic calendar. · Manage academic administration, including student registration, grades, and records, and provide university-oriented learning guides based on academic progress and data. · Collaborate with faculty and relevant departments to coordinate the overall operation of the program, and produce and manage necessary materials and documents. · Plan and operate workshops and extracurricular activities to support students' academic and career experiences.

Qualifications

🔎 We are looking to work with someone who meets these criteria: · Has practical experience in developing middle or high school curricula or managing academic affairs and programs. · Possesses a basic understanding of U.S. and international high school curricula (U.S. curriculum, AP, etc.) and the overseas university admission process. · Can systematically prepare documents such as operational manuals, notices, and reports, and meticulously handle academic administrative tasks. · Can organize materials using MS Office (or Google Workspace) and quickly learn and utilize digital learning and administration systems (SIS, LMS, etc.). · Can work flexibly by adjusting priorities in a school environment where multiple tasks are performed simultaneously while adhering to established processes. · Desires to plan and operate programs from a student-centered perspective, keeping students' growth experiences in mind. · Holds a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university.

💛 The following experience or knowledge is a plus: · Experience working in the education sector, such as at schools, academies, or educational institutions · Experience in academic administration, program development, or school operations · Experience supporting students regarding college admission preparation or academic planning · Experience using an Education Management System (LMS) or Student Information System (SIS)
