Job Description

- Planning and operation of TikTok Shop sales strategies and promotions - Improving content quality through product detail page planning and management - Discovering and recruiting TikTok affiliates, and managing collaborative content and live streams - Activating the affiliate ecosystem through affiliate community management, challenge planning, etc. - Data-driven performance analysis and deriving insights for operational improvement - Communication with external partners (TikTok headquarters, domestic and international agencies, etc.)

Qualifications

- Entry-level: No experience required - Experienced: 1 to 3 years - Experience operating a TikTok Shop (Duration irrelevant, direct operation experience required) - Someone familiar with identifying problems based on data and executing and improving quickly

Preferred

- Experience managing e-commerce platform channels such as Amazon - Possessing an understanding of platform logic and the ability to adapt quickly - Fluent in English - Familiar with European culture and content trends
