• Discovering and collaborating with new North American influencers • Discovering and collaborating with KEY affiliates for the U.S. TikTok Shop • Formulating data-driven hypotheses and analyzing campaign performance • Deriving insights for creative improvement based on consumer responses • Managing key influencer partnerships • Planning and operating brand events in North America

Qualifications

• Those who are about to graduate or have already graduated • Those with native-level English proficiency • Those with a high understanding of U.S. consumer trends and beauty content • Those who actively consume content related to North American influencers, celebrities, and culture
