Job Description

• Responding to customer inquiries from global online retailers (company store, Amazon, etc.)

Qualifications

• Proficient in English reading and writing • Practical experience in customer service or CS (extracurricular activities, part-time jobs, internships, etc.)

Preferred

• Experience in customer service for global commerce channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop • Experience working in the cosmetics and skincare industry

• Contract Type: 3-month Part-time (Extension possible upon negotiation) • Working Hours: 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, 5 days a week) • Work Location: Office work on the first day + remote work thereafter • Salary: 12,000 KRW per hour (Weekly holiday allowance separate)
