Job Description

- Operation of Russian sales channels (Gold Apple, Yandex, Lamoda, Megamarket, etc.) - Planning and execution of promotions - Planning, operation, performance analysis, and optimization of performance marketing (ad slots) within major channels - Inventory and outbound management

Qualifications

- Native-level Russian speaker - Advanced Korean speaker - At least one year of experience in overseas sales or e-commerce - Ability to organize and analyze data to derive insights - Ownership and responsibility demonstrated by setting high goals and seeing them through to completion - Proficient in document creation and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Candidates with successful overseas sales experience in the consumer goods sector, such as cosmetics - Candidates with a deep understanding of local distribution and e-commerce channels in Russia - Candidates capable of communicating in Russian at a native level and possessing a deep understanding of local Russian culture and the business environment
