<Introducing the Squad We Will Be Working With> The Hospital Marketing Squad designs and executes global marketing strategies to support the growth of Healing Paper's partner hospitals. We are experimenting with effective methods to promote Korean medical and beauty services to global customers. <What You Will Be Doing> Research and trend analysis of social media and community channels targeting the Japanese market Uploading content to local social media and communities and going viral Monitoring performance indicators such as post reactions, traffic, and conversions, and analyzing data Developing and implementing content improvement ideas based on performance indicators Deriving insights through the analysis of competitor hospitals and local marketing cases

Qualifications

Candidates who can communicate in Japanese and have an understanding of Japanese culture and online communities Candidates who use social media regularly and are sensitive to trends Candidates who have analyzed and improved content performance (traffic, conversions, etc.) Candidates who are comfortable analyzing data and thinking in a numbers-based manner

Preferred

Experience in influencer marketing or content seeding Experience managing social media (Instagram, X, etc.) Basic understanding of digital marketing performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, etc.) Interest in the medical and beauty industries
