Job Description

Influencer Marketing - Conducting the entire process of influencer marketing campaign planning, recruitment, and coordination - Collaborating with influencers across various platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and building long-term partnerships through paid and organic content - Actively discovering and evaluating clients, creators, and influencers to establish trust-based partnerships - Proposing campaign ideas and participating in the creative production process Social Media Management - Supporting Instagram and TikTok content planning and upload schedule management - Assisting with the production and editing of short-form content (Reels/TikTok) suitable for brand campaigns - Supporting community communication and activation through comment and DM monitoring

Qualifications

- Ability to create content and communicate in English (Required) - High understanding of U.S. social media trends such as TikTok and Instagram - Experience in producing short-form video content - Excellent storytelling and communication skills - Ability to perform tasks creatively, meticulously, and systematically
