Job Description

- Establishment, execution, and analysis of U.S. influencer collaboration marketing strategies 1) Searching for and recruiting influencers suitable for the brand 2) Planning and operation management of PR boxes - Planning and management of content for owned media channels (IG, TT) - Improving marketing direction through competitor and content trend analysis - Planning and execution of domestic and international pop-ups, PR boxes, and brand trips

Qualifications

- Individuals with a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup-related social media (YT, IG, TTV) content - Individuals who have experience in the process of identifying problems, deriving tasks, and solving them based on data, and who have produced results - Individuals who set high goals and possess the ownership and responsibility to achieve them - Individuals with the drive to proactively execute tasks and produce results - Individuals with business-level proficiency in Korean and English

- Someone who has produced tangible results through the planning and execution of beauty/skincare content - Someone who is comfortable creating content in English based on their experience living abroad
