Job Description

- Establishment, execution, and analysis of U.S. influencer collaboration marketing strategies 1) Planning long-form and short-form content that highlights product USPs 2) Searching for and recruiting influencers suitable for the brand 3) Performance analysis based on result data and management of follow-up responses 4) Establishment, execution, and analysis of content dissemination strategies linked to performance advertising - Planning and management of content for owned media channels (IG, TT) - Discovery, operation, and management of PR/media tie-ups and local marketing agencies - Improvement of marketing direction through competitor and content trend analysis - Planning and execution of domestic and international pop-ups, collaborations, and brand trips

Qualifications

- Individuals with a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup-related social media (YT, IG, TTV) content - Individuals who have experience in the process of identifying problems, deriving tasks, and solving them based on data, and who have produced results - Individuals who set high goals and possess the ownership and responsibility to achieve them - Individuals capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders and sharing healthy mutual feedback - Individuals with the drive to proactively execute tasks and produce results - Individuals with business-level proficiency in Korean and English

Preferred

- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or brand marketing related to beauty, skincare, or makeup - Able to create content in English based on local residency experience
