Job Description

- Response to and handling of customer reviews for major Hong Kong distribution channels (HKTV Mall, etc.) and the company's own online store, SHOPLINE - Establishment of Hong Kong CX processes and issue response guidelines, and creation of work manuals - Analysis of customer VOC, preparation of improvement reports, and derivation and implementation of data-driven insights - Participation in CX improvement projects through collaboration with relevant departments

Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 5 years - Language: Cantonese - Business level or higher - Experience or understanding of global sales channels (HKTVmall) and SHOPLINE operations - Possesses data-driven analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities (Able to create reports using Excel or Google Sheets) - Meticulous and logical communication skills

Preferred

- Experience in CX management for a beauty or health functional food brand's in-house online store or in operating an external store - Experience in deriving CX improvement strategies through customer data analysis - Experience in directly designing or enhancing new processes - Experience in solving problems through support and collaboration with various departments
