WINI PLAY – English Play-based Learning Center About WINI PLAY Wini Play is a play-based English learning center built on structured educational programs. We do not simply teach English—we create an environment where children can experience, feel, and build meaningful relationships through the language. Play-based Learning Children experience English not as a subject to study, but as a joyful part of their play and everyday life. Emotional Connection Beyond language acquisition, we nurture children’s social and emotional development through meaningful interaction with teachers and peers. Structured Curriculum Our programs combine a fun environment with clear educational goals through a structured curriculum. Key Responsibilities 1. Class Planning & Preparation Study the Wini Play curriculum thoroughly to conduct professional sessions. Plan and design creative play-based educational activities. Prepare teaching materials and maintain an organized classroom environment. 2. Professional Instruction Lead 100% English immersion classes following the established curriculum. Manage safe check-in and check-out procedures. Provide professional updates and communication with parents. 3. Class Report Management Observe each child’s activity patterns and language development. Write professional Class Reports for parents after each session. Program Details Target Age 3 to 9 years old (Tailored approach based on developmental stages) Session Duration 2 hours (120 minutes) per session Curriculum-based Instruction (1 hour) Structured learning of core topics through systematic lessons. Interactive Play (1 hour) Active English play centered around each child’s interests and participation.

Qualifications

**Preferred Qualifications** Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields Experience in educational institutions such as kindergartens or childcare centers Ability to lead active and creative play-based lessons Global background (Native speakers or applicants from English-speaking countries preferred) Work Schedule Preference Weekend work (2 days) is required. Weekday shifts are optional depending on availability. Applicants who can work 5 days per week will be given preference. **Visa Requirements** Eligible Visas D-series, F-series, or H-series visas with valid work permits E-series Visas We do not sponsor E-series visas (including E-2).
