<Introducing the Squad to Join Us> The Consultation Squad is responsible for assisting Gangnam Unnie's core partner hospitals and clinics in attracting overseas patients (primarily from Japan). Currently a small team of three, we are growing rapidly based on the fast execution and high initiative characteristic of new businesses. We personally handle the entire process end-to-end, from sales and partner consulting to the operation of local consultation sessions. We are a team creating new growth engines for Gangnam Unnie in the global market. We are creating tangible business impact through close collaboration and rapid decision-making among team members. <What You Will Do> Planning and executing marketing activities to attract Japanese customers to consultation sessions Developing and implementing ideas for content improvement based on performance indicators Planning and managing content for consultation sessions' owned media channels Planning new business based on Japanese aesthetic medical market trends and data Supporting communication and operational tasks with participating hospitals <Experience and Growth Opportunities> You can gain experience directly planning and executing global marketing utilizing your Japanese language skills. You can develop business development capabilities through practical experience encompassing marketing, business planning, and operations. You can personally experience how cultural differences impact performance in global target marketing. You can cultivate strong execution and problem-solving skills through the process of rapid execution and improvement within a small squad.

Qualifications

Candidates capable of business-level Japanese communication Candidates wishing to build a global business development career Candidates with experience analyzing and improving content performance (traffic, conversions, etc.) Candidates who think data-drivenly and have defined and solved problems using numbers Candidates capable of creating content using AI tools (e.g., Mid Journey, Nano Banana)
