📌 Show Me The Crab Hall Staff Main Duties 1. Customer Responsibilities and Service • Guiding visiting customers and seating them • Explaining the menu and making recommendations (including for international customers) • Taking orders and guiding payment • Responding to customer requests and table care during meals 2. Food Serving and Table Management • Serving menu items and simple table settings • Cleaning and resetting tables after meals • Maintaining store cleanliness (Hall hygiene management) 3. Hands-Free Service • Preparing and plating crustaceans (snow crab, lobster, etc.) • Providing on-site preparation services to ensure a comfortable dining experience • Conducting performance-based services aligned with the brand concept 4. Assisting with Store Operations • Preparing for opening and closing (cleaning, setting up, etc.) • Checking inventory and performing simple replenishment tasks • Supporting overall store operations 5. Handling International Customers (Essential Competency) • Basic English communication (menu explanations, greetings, etc.) • Friendly and proactive communication with global customers

Qualifications

📌 Eligibility Requirements • Holders of D-4, D-2 visas or higher (International students are eligible) • TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) certificate holders (Minimum Level 3 / Negotiable) • Ability to communicate in basic Korean • Possess a service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
