[Naver Webtoon] Thai Localization Project Coordinator (Experienced)

Job Description

- Operation and process optimization of WEBTOON Thai service localization (translation, typeset, proofreading) through close collaboration with relevant departments in Korea and Thailand - Establishment of monthly/annual projections for Thai localization volume and budget, and data-driven cost efficiency - Securing external localization partners, performance management, and cost settlement - Participation in GW Localization's standardization process improvement project to enhance global localization quality and increase productivity - Utilization of localization solutions and management of translation assets (TM/Glossary)

Qualifications

Language and Communication Competencies - Candidates with communication skills in both Thai and English capable of clearly coordinating opinions while collaborating with local Thai staff and external partners. Data Management and Analysis Competencies - Candidates with mathematical reasoning skills to accurately calculate and analyze data (volume, costs, etc.). - Candidates with data management skills utilizing work productivity tools such as spreadsheets. Project Management and Problem-Solving Abilities - Candidates with a high sense of responsibility and thorough schedule management skills to complete projects within deadlines. - Candidates with problem-solving skills to logically identify causes of unexpected issues and proactively derive alternatives. - Candidates who do not settle for existing methods but instead contemplate new efficiency measures and enjoy the process of achieving challenging goals. Others - Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience. - Candidates with the ability to improve work efficiency using AI services. - Candidates who have no issues with overseas business travel.

- Experience participating in Thai localization projects - Ability to process data using formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables - Experience using automation features in collaboration tools such as Notion, Monday.com, and Airtable - Basic reading comprehension skills in Japanese and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional)
