Qualifications

Working Conditions: - Employment Type: Contract, 25 hours per week (3-month probationary period) - Workplace: Blue Bottle Samcheong Cafe (76, Bukchon-ro 5-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul) - Working Hours: Shift work - Salary: 11,250 KRW per hour - Start Date: Scheduled for April 2026 - Benefits: New employee training, discounts on beverages/food/products, group insurance, holiday bonuses, congratulatory/condolence leave (Fri), health checkups, self-development expenses, long-service awards, etc. Qualifications: - Ability to interact with guests and communicate with the team in Korean (Intermediate to advanced level, mandatory) - Ability to work shift work Recruitment Process: Document Screening - Phone Screening - In-person Interview - Medical Examination - Final Acceptance * Interview schedules will be individually notified only to those who pass the document screening.
