Job Description

• Mission (an executive summary of the job’s core purpose) - (Main) Support the company’s entry into Japan (performing key tasks such as market research, company formation, M&A, etc.) - (Sub) Communication that considers the cultures of both countries during task execution • Outcomes (Defining what must be done) - Market Research - Support for market research communication - Ensuring data reliability through verification of market research agency deliverables (desk / interview verification, etc.) - Support for company formation in Japan - Identifying and preparing company formation procedures and necessary documents - Communication with government agencies for formation (if necessary) - M&A - Overall support for DD (Verification of DD results, report writing, etc.) - Support for PMI (Performing communication with employees)

Qualifications

- Native-level Japanese and Korean (Nationality irrelevant) - Proficient in Business Japanese - Graduates with a degree in Finance-related fields such as Business Administration or Economics, interested in M&A - Experience in finance preferred (Insurance experience preferred)
