Job Description

- New Game Localization: Perfect localization of game content targeting the Japanese market - Interpretation & Translation: Business interpretation and communication support for Japanese/Korean and Korean/Japanese translation - Publisher Communication: Smooth collaboration with Japanese publishers and support for some PM tasks (e.g., managing IP collaborations) - Social Media Marketing: Management of game character social media accounts and trendy planning targeting the Japanese market

Qualifications

- Education and Experience: Not required (focused on skill and aptitude) - Essential Requirements: Native-level proficiency in all areas of Japanese listening, speaking, writing, and diary reading. * For Japanese nationals, a level of language proficiency sufficient to communicate in Korean both inside and outside the company is required. - High understanding and a keen sense of Japanese game culture (deep understanding of Japanese game subculture and trends is essential)

- Individuals who have personally managed and experienced growth on social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Individuals who can wittily utilize the latest Japanese internet/game memes and trends - Individuals currently residing in Japan who hold a Working Holiday visa or a visa eligible for employment
