Job Description

Performing hospital main telephone consultation duties (responding to customer inquiries and conducting consultations) Providing information on procedures and services related to Korean medical aesthetics (dermatology, plastic surgery, etc.) Receiving customer appointments and managing schedules (including telephone and online channels)

Qualifications

Excellent Korean communication skills (at a level where there is no difficulty in telephone consultations and customer service) Able to perform telephone consultation duties at a medical institution Possess a basic understanding of or interest in the field of Korean medical aesthetics (dermatology, plastic surgery, etc.) Customer service mindset and responsible attitude Familiar with smooth communication and problem-solving skills
