Job Description

• Counseling support for immigrants via in-person visits, phone calls, and outcalls • Interpretation, translation, and proofreading of counseling-related documents • Online counseling and promotional activities in foreign languages

Qualifications

• Proficient in interpreting Korean and the language of one's country of origin, and capable of conversational Korean • Has resided in Korea for at least 3 years • Possesses a high school diploma or higher • Proficient in computer skills

Preferred

• Experience working at an immigrant counseling agency • Completion of the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) Level 4 or the Ministry of Justice’s Social Integration Program Level 4 or higher
