Job Description

If you join JB Financial Group through this recruitment, you will work in the AX & Strategy Department. The AX & Strategy Department is the organization that designs the future of JB Financial Group. It leads not only the improvement of the Group's fundamental structure through AI Transformation (AX) but also the discovery of new next-generation financial businesses, such as digital assets. Here, you will stand at the forefront where technology and strategy meet, joining the journey to expand the Group's digital territory. After recruitment, you will perform the following duties: Design global standards for digital assets that transcend the boundaries of traditional finance. - Analyze domestic and international digital asset markets, regulations, and competitive environments, and establish Group-level response scenarios. - Draw a digital asset roadmap unique to JB Financial Group and directly establish phased implementation plans. - Identify and realize innovative business models that can be pursued within financial regulatory guidelines. - Identify external partners and establish collaboration systems to expand the digital asset ecosystem. - Prepare sophisticated strategic reports to support decision-making, enabling management to make optimal judgments.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate exceptional expertise at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy. - Experience in strategy or planning roles at a financial institution (bank, securities firm, etc.) - Ability to draft reports and proactively lead internal and external meetings - Deep understanding of and experience in responding to domestic and international regulations, laws, and supervisory issues related to digital assets - Ability to derive logical insights through market research and the preparation of research reports

While not a mandatory requirement, candidates with the following experience and capabilities will be given preference: - Experience in strategy or planning roles at a consulting firm or financial institution - Experience in pursuing partnerships and collaborations within digital assets - Experience in responding to digital asset regulations and government relations
