Job Description

If you join JB Financial Group through this recruitment, you will work in the Risk Modeling Team. The Risk Modeling Team is a department that develops and operates various credit rating models by analyzing financial data to support the Group's risk management and lending decision-making. After being hired, you will perform the following duties: Support the Group's strategic decision-making by transforming vast amounts of financial data into insightful risk indicators. - Develop data analysis and machine learning models using Python and R. - Monitor key financial market indicators and risks, and write analysis reports.

Qualifications

We are looking for an analyst to find solutions to complex financial problems from data. - Someone who understands basic statistical techniques for data analysis - Someone who is interested in and has experience learning the latest machine learning techniques - Someone who is proactive in learning new data analysis techniques, algorithms, and knowledge related to financial data - Someone who enjoys exploring and trying various methods to solve problems

Preferred

While not a mandatory requirement, preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and capabilities: - Master's degree or higher in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics (Econometrics), Finance, or Industrial Engineering - Proficient in various analysis programs such as Python and R - Experience in data analysis and risk model development in the financial sector - Fluent communication and report writing skills in Korean
