Job Description

If you join JB Financial Group through this recruitment, you will work in the Public Relations Department. The Public Relations Department oversees the Group's integrated communications, ranging from establishing the Holding Company's PR strategy to media response, brand CI management, internal communication, and website operations. You will work alongside PR experts to enhance JB Financial Group's internal and external brand value and play a pivotal role in symbolizing diversity and innovation within the organization, leveraging your global perspective. Upon hiring, you will perform the following duties: - As the main editor for the Group's official social media channels and internal webzine, you will directly plan differentiated brand content based on storytelling. - You will produce internal communication content for employees and support the operation of various programs aimed at revitalizing organizational culture. - You will monitor Korean-language media reports, assist in drafting PR materials, and take a leading role in planning external PR strategies. - You will perform practical tasks to enhance the visual quality of promotional materials and digital content using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can compellingly convey JB's story based on logical thinking and creative expression. - You must be able to deeply analyze Korean press releases and official documents and execute persuasive business writing optimized for promotional purposes and target audiences. - You need the capability to utilize various tools to translate planned ideas into high-quality visual content aligned with the Group CI Guide. - You must be able to read the rapidly changing trends of the global financial industry and add insights to brand strategy based on a deep understanding of financial services, particularly those targeting foreigners.

Preferred

While not a mandatory requirement, preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and capabilities: - Experience working at an advertising/PR agency or winner of a marketing/PR contest - Actively managing one's own social media accounts - Extensive experience in domestic extracurricular activities, making one familiar with Korean corporate culture and trends
