Job Description

- Establishing and executing global communication strategies for the company and various affiliated/partner businesses - Responding to major global media and managing networks - Writing, distributing, monitoring, and managing English content for global media - Building global promotion strategies based on ONE HYBE and coordinating with relevant overseas departments - Managing corporate reputation and conducting global events suitable for PR - Managing global corporate PR agencies - Performing initial quality control (QC) on key English deliverables such as press releases, pitching materials, and briefings, as well as checking factual accuracy and tone and manner - Managing schedules and resources for multi-project operations and tracking key milestones - Monitoring major coverage and public reaction, summarizing key insights, and operating regular reporting - Supporting junior members in internalizing templates and processes and enhancing the completeness of deliverables through task allocation and coaching

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher, no specific major required - Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience - Native-level English communication skills (fluent in writing English articles/press releases) - Experience in global PR/overseas media relations and global promotions (overseas event planning/operation) - No impediments to overseas travel - Experience in project management, such as setting priorities and managing schedules while working on multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in global media pitching/briefing operations, as well as journalist interaction and relationship building

- Candidates with experience at domestic or international PR agencies or in external public relations - Proficient in English and other foreign languages - High interest in and understanding of promoting K-content in global markets - Individuals who perform tasks with a proactive and dynamic approach - Proactiveness to anticipate and preemptively respond to foreseeable opportunities and risks based on an understanding of overseas media and the public - High level of detail in work and capability in fact analysis - Communication skills to flexibly coordinate opinions with internal and external departments and partners with diverse interests - Communication skills to effectively negotiate terms related to PR and promotions - Problem-solving ability to handle sensitive issues and matters flexibly and effectively
