Job Description

• Recruit talent for U.S., Canada locations, and Korea HQ • Create and manage job postings across multiple channels • Source and engage high-quality candidates • Review resumes and conduct interviews (phone & video, in English) • Design and improve interview questions, evaluation criteria, and hiring processes • Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and pipeline • Build onboarding and training programs for each role (TC, RN, Esthetician, Manager) • Create training materials, quizzes, documentation, and operational manuals • Operate and improve online training and evaluation systems • Support re-training, performance improvement, and skill development • Build a system where anyone can reach a high level of performance

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, training, or onboarding • Fluent and confident in English communication • Comfortable conducting interviews with U.S.-based candidates • Strong documentation and communication skills • Experience creating training materials, presentations, or operational documents • Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, or online learning platforms • Experience in startups, beauty, healthcare, or global companies • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-changing environment
