Planning and execution of operational strategies for in-house and external online stores in Taiwan/Hong Kong (Shopline, Shopee, etc.) Planning and execution of on-site improvement plans (Banners, Detail Pages, Bundling, etc.) Planning and operation of promotions Ad execution and efficiency analysis within channels Inventory management ■ Growth Environment - Early Stages: Quickly diagnose the current situation using numbers and structures, and understand the team's work rhythm. Build initial results and trust by starting with small-scale verification and improvement. - 6 Months to 1 Year: Proactively lead the operation of goals, budgets, and priorities, and stably scale the growth structure. - Subsequently: Within a global growth organization, you can experience expanding regional ownership from a P&L perspective, launching new channels and collaborations, and growing on a leadership track.

Qualifications

Candidates with at least 2 years of MD experience in Taiwan or Hong Kong Proficient in Mandarin (Taiwan) or Cantonese (Hong Kong) Able to communicate accurately and warmly with the team and related departments Proactive in identifying problems and taking action
