Build initial results and trust by starting with small-scale verification and improvement. - 6 months to 1 year: Proactively lead the operation of goals, budgets, and priorities, and stably scale the growth structure. - Subsequently: The scope may expand from a global growth organization to a market-unit business leader (owner). Grow beyond individual campaigns to a role designing Cellology's localization, creative operations, and growth standards (operational methods).
