- Brand Building and Growth Strategy: Collaboratively establish Meebak's brand identity and formulate positioning and growth strategies within the global beauty market. - Head of Global Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for global market entry and expansion. - Content Planning and Operation: Plan and produce engaging digital content optimized for the brand's target audience, and manage key social channels. - Influencer Marketing: Identify global influencers capable of spreading brand value, build partnerships, and manage campaigns.

Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Native-level English speaker with fluent Korean communication skills - Work Experience: Practical experience in content planning, production, and brand marketing - Industry Understanding: Deep passion and insight into the beauty and skincare industries - Growth Mindset: Finding fulfillment in growing early-stage brands together and taking a proactive approach to work

Preferred

- Extensive experience living and working in global environments, such as the U.S. - Highly aware of the latest global influencer and celebrity culture, as well as social trends - Experience in managing social media channels and executing digital performance advertising campaigns - Experience in operating global e-commerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.) and onboard marketing
