Job Description

Establishment and execution of influencer marketing strategies for our beauty brands (Taiwan/Hong Kong/Singapore, etc.) Discovery of influencers for sales purposes and management of collaborations Planning of content guidelines and creative direction Integration of Meta partnership advertisements and performance management Planning and operation of influencer live broadcasts and group buying Derivation of business insights through competitor and market analysis ■ Growth Environment This is an environment where you can grow by proactively leading global influencer marketing for our beauty brands. Qualifications

Candidates with over 5 years of relevant experience Experience in the beauty brand industry Experience in achieving sales results through global influencer marketing Exceptional content sense, including catchy copy and B&A production Data-driven hypotheses and execution Proactive and persistent execution to achieve goals

Preferred

Experience in Meta Partnership ad operations and performance Ability to communicate in English or Chinese Possession of an agency or influencer network Sensitive to social media trends and highly interested in content Experience leading a team or project
