① Skillset 1+ years of experience in performance marketing Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets Experience using data analysis tools such as GA4, Cafe24 Analytics, and Laplace Experience improving performance on paid media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google ② Mindset Strong desire for growth and proactive, persistent effort to achieve goals A meticulous and responsible personality with strengths in systematizing and organizing work Familiar with a work style involving setting and verifying hypotheses based on data
