Hello, We are Flitto! Flitto, a language data specialist company creating a "world without language barriers," is recruiting a "Local Manager" to join our English data construction project. For our North American English data construction project, we are looking for someone who speaks English as their native language and has a deep understanding of local culture in the English-speaking world. * Responsibilities - Sourcing and recruiting English-speaking workers - Supporting communication with workers - Providing local information and verifying samples * Work Environment - Flexible working hours and the possibility of working concurrently with current employment - 100% remote work * Compensation - Commissions paid upon worker recruitment - Performance bonus paid for the first recruitment only * Other - Only F visa holders are requested to apply.

Qualifications

- Someone capable of sourcing workers from North American English-speaking regions - Holders of visas permitted for employment in Korea - Domestic residents for smooth communication
