Job Description

Beauty Hopper is a medical tourism company in Korea that supports international patients seeking plastic surgery. We guide clients through their entire journey, from consultation to surgery and aftercare, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Main Responsibilities: Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp and email Coordinate surgery bookings and schedules with partner clinics Provide professional guidance on procedures and clinic options Support patients throughout their pre- and post-surgery journey in Korea Ensure a smooth, clear, and professional consultation experience During busy periods, you may also be required to assist with on-ground work, including in-person patient support and translation at clinics. During the training period, you will rotate through on-ground duties as well. This is one of the fastest and most effective ways to understand how our services operate and how real patient journeys unfold in practice.

Qualifications

Native level English Fluent Korean(read, write and communicate) Excellent communication skills: clear, professional, and client-oriented Must have a valid work visa Office-based position (not remote)
