Job Description
1. Order execution and payment processing tailored to customer needs - Identifying customer requests - Checking specific issues and risks 2. External Communication - Checking delivery schedules and inventory, verifying product information, and conveying customer requests - Checking delivery progress 3. Internal Communication - Providing information for the CX team, sharing external communication status, and requesting information regarding order progress - Collaborating on projects with other departments and handling individual order issues
