Job Description

- Management of product inspection and sorting processes - Management of packaging and domestic/international shipping processing based on customer orders - Printing of shipping labels and management of shipment history - Response to and reporting of logistics issues such as loss, damage, and misdelivery - Coordination of logistics schedules through collaboration with the Purchasing and CX teams - Optimization of inbound and outbound processes using the WMS system - Management of cost and efficiency metrics - Regular KPI monitoring and performance reporting - Management of express couriers and monitoring of delivery status

Qualifications

- No educational background or work experience required - No restrictions on education or experience

Preferred

- Proficient in Korean, Japanese, and English - Holders of Japanese or English language certifications - Experienced in relevant work

- 3-month contract - Renewal is possible after the 3-month contract, and conversion to permanent status is possible through an evaluation in the 6th month.
