Job Description

The Global B2B Partner is building sustainable trust with partners around the world through systematic partner management and detailed communication. To ensure the name of Irisbright shines in every corner of the world, we continue our borderless challenges today. Upon joining, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities: 1. Global Retail Partnership and Channel Growth Management - Manage online and offline global retail partners and establish channel growth strategies. - Identify new global retailers, negotiate store entry contracts, and strengthen relationships with existing Key Accounts. - Dedicate management and performance control of key Key Accounts. - Propose SKUs tailored to channel characteristics and plan assortment strategies. - Establish growth plans for each partner based on sales, margin, and profitability analysis. 2. Key Account Operations and Business Execution - Operate channels in collaboration with retailer MDs and relevant internal departments. - Set sales targets by channel and manage the execution of promotions and new product launches. - Negotiate key transaction terms such as MOQ, supply price, and lead time, and manage profit and loss. - Manage order, delivery, and inventory flow, and establish data-driven reorder strategies. - Manage global pricing policies (MAP) and retail pricing policies.
Qualifications
We are looking to work with someone who meets these criteria: - At least one year of experience in global retail and key account operations (Sephora, Ulta, Boots, Olive Young, SILICON2, YesStyle, etc.) - Experience in B2B marketing collaboration (promotion planning, sales kit production, etc.) - Experience in retail control and MAP management - Proficient in English capable of closing deals and communicating with partners - Experience in structurally growing partner performance based on an understanding of the global business environment
Preferred
Experience is especially welcome: - 0-to-1 experience in B2B (from partner discovery to contract signing to revenue generation) - Experience working in the beauty industry - Experience overseeing practical operations as a contact person with partner companies - Native-level English proficiency - Experience with data-driven analysis regarding sales, margins, ROAS, etc. - Ability to make numbers-driven decisions
